With the final days of winter finally passed, birds are a flutter with life. The grass of Bellwoods now commanding the base of the park, Ivy Mairi softly woke the spirits of the rain-riddled day. Rubber booted, she fittingly sang "Wintry City" giving reminder to what was around only weeks before, yet not warm, the park still held some effects from the cold months before now. With a soft, yet powerful voice Ivy attracts immediate and undivided attention towards her from the first note strum, to the final hum. With "Lover or a Friend" she paints a picture that is familiar to anyone, wanting to know what another is feeling, yet never knowing and simply guessing, and hoping. She wonders in "Something of Love" but still sounds confident that she knows the things she wonders about are worth wondering.
